1. Service hours:
Pick up service time: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 (specific pick-up time is determined by our company, and the estimated arrival time of the driver is subject to mutual confirmation. The waiting time for the driver cannot exceed 15 minutes. If the driver needs to assist in moving the goods, please inform us in advance)
2. Handover requirements
All goods must be truthfully informed of the true information of the goods before entering the warehouse. If the warehouse inspection finds that the goods certificate does not match, all responsibilities and expenses shall be borne by the shipper.
All incoming goods must have a box label affixed to each outer box. If there is no box label attached, our company will need to split the goods and charge a split fee of 10 yuan/cubic meter, with a box label of 1 yuan/piece.
3. Packaging requirements
The goods need to be packaged in cardboard boxes or in normal export packaging. If other different packaging is used, please notify our personnel in advance to determine whether the goods can be shipped. If Amazon warehouse rejects the goods due to packaging or other issues, our company will not be held responsible.
Packaging requirements: Two FBA labels and a Make in China label must be affixed to the outer box.
4. Ordering Notice
Before placing an order, you need to fill out the account opening template provided by us and provide the corresponding company information.
To place an order, you need to fill in the packing list and invoice template provided by us. Please fill in the corresponding shipping information correctly. If the warehouse inspection finds that the filled product name does not match the actual goods or that the goods in the box contain other dangerous goods, sensitive goods, etc., all responsibilities and expenses will be borne by the shipper.
The order has been placed and the measurement of the goods data has been completed. Our company will send the goods data, ordering channel, and address to the customer for confirmation. Please confirm before loading the container. If you fail to confirm in a timely manner, please communicate with our company in a timely manner. If you fail to confirm in a timely manner and communicate with our company in advance, resulting in the goods being loaded and shipped, the responsibility will be borne by the shipper
5. Requirements for goods
If the goods are branded goods or involve goods that require certification (such as FDA, UL, MSDS, CPC, CPSC, Bluetooth, fumigation inspection, etc.), please confirm with us in advance whether the goods require additional fees; If the goods are concealed or the certification is not provided in a timely manner before customs clearance, resulting in the goods being detained or even returned, all responsibilities and related expenses will be borne by the shipper.
Our company does not accept goods: dangerous goods listed in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code and the national standard Dangerous Goods List. secondly

Other restricted goods: Goods that do not fall within the scope of the dangerous goods catalog above, as well as goods with flammable, explosive, and corrosive labels on their outer packaging, please provide product descriptions, MSDS, and guarantees (confirm whether they can be stored after approval) at the time of delivery. Non dangerous goods such as liquids, fragile goods, and bare goods must be provided to the factory for our confirmation before they can be stored.
