Bill amount=unit price * chargeable weight+3% (insurance premium: insured based on actual value, optional)+other fees (such as extra distance, category surcharge, size over limit fee, FDA declaration, customs clearance, etc.)

The weight fee is calculated based on the actual weight compared to the volumetric weight, taking the heavier one. The volumetric weight calculation method is: length * width * height CM/3333 (1:300), and the price includes fuel and customs duties.

The data of the goods shall be subject to the actual measurement in our warehouse.

3. Prohibited items

4. Operating instructions

4.1 Information required for individual customs declaration: ① packing list ② invoice ③ customs declaration authorization letter ④ draft customs declaration form ⑤ contract ⑥ "customs clearance form" required for inspection of goods;

4.2 All products must be truthfully reported as required. If any customs inspection or detention issues arise due to concealment, our company will not be held responsible.

4.3 Electric vehicles and motorcycles need to be packed in wooden boxes;

4.4 Glasses lenses are glass products that require protective packaging, and any damage should be handled by oneself.

4.5 If the material is raw wood or goods with raw wood require fumigation, the goods that need to be inspected include wooden furniture, wooden crafts, wooden frames, bamboo products, rattan products, grass products, plant products, shampoo, cosmetics, outdoor amusement facilities, etc. (for reference only), fumigation fee: CNY 600/ticket. If the goods require inspection, please arrange for inspection by the customer themselves. Our company does not provide inspection services.

4.6 It is recommended that customers purchase insurance for fragile and high-value products themselves. The transit time of goods is affected by various factors, and our company does not bear any losses caused by the delay of goods;

4.7 Compensation: If the goods are lost during transportation, our company will compensate according to the declared value on the invoice, up to a maximum of twice the shipping cost. For valuable goods, please purchase insurance; The damage to the goods is not within the scope of compensation, please package and improve it yourself;

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Our company does not accept sensitive items such as flammable and explosive liquids and powders, and strictly prohibits prohibited items such as counterfeit brands, military weapons, chemicals, etc; The goods that require inspection and fumigation shall be completed by the customer during the stocking stage;

5.2 Our company shall not be liable for any delay, damage, detention, confiscation, loss, etc. caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer, or due to the goods provided by the customer not meeting customs import and export requirements, or force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
