How to deliver the package after it is processed?

Our company has a driver pick-up service. Please provide your address to check if it is in the driver pick-up area. If it is not, your company will need to deliver it to the warehouse by yourself or express delivery to the warehouse (our company does not support cash on delivery, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer, otherwise the goods will be rejected). Drivers who come to collect packages must pack them according to the logistics product name and hang our company's unique tag after sealing. Please label the outer bag with information such as customer code, weight, and quantity.

What time will the driver come to receive the goods?

Temporary pick-up needs to be notified in the customer group at 12 am, and customer service will place an order with the dispatch. The dispatch will arrange a driver before knowing the approximate arrival time. The driver can pick up the goods at home from Monday to Saturday, and does not pick them up on Sundays.

Is there a handover checklist?

The driver will provide a handover list when picking up the goods, fill in or print the handover list as required, and send it out with the goods or hand it over to the pickup driver.

How to return a returned item?
